There's hardly any room to move in the hallways lately, it seems. People keep cutting each other off to get to the other side to ask a boy to the dance, and I can't seem to make it to a class without being asked again...
So just so it's public, I have been asked and I said yes, and obviously, can't go with anyone else. So please stop asking
I miss the pitch already... I think I'm going to go out there as soon as it's free and fly around, if anyone wants to join me.

It seems like the summer has passed too quickly. I enjoyed it while it was here, of course, but I swear that three months of freedom passes much faster than three months in term. School is not something that I dread, seeing as there is plenty of family there so there's not any homesickness, but it does limit one to what they can do.
A scout told my Dad this morning that he would like to discuss signing me for the League. He must have seen me at practice with Dad or at that camp that I went to over the summer. I really hope that they'll just forget about me My parents asked me what I thought about it and I didn't really say anything; just smiled and shrugged. That's a lot to think about, right? Professional play? I'm still in school...I'd at least like to finish. Dad did both at the same time when he went pro. Maybe I could manage.

Quidditch will be exciting this year, no doubt! That seems to be the topic of discussion: Hogwart's Quidditch. Slytherin will do well, just as we always do. It will be interesting to see the other teams reformed, though. They lost a lot of seventh years after last year.
